What was my experience in using this application

At first entry to their site you will be asked to install their software and you will be asked to choose on what type of platform does your mobile support. The program was installed hassle free at my PDA. After that you have to run the program and view the main site.

I can say that the site load slow maybe it is because of the source Youtube, and if you are paying per kb in your usage this might not be a good application for you since Video on the Mobile Internet gets lot of Kb download. Like in Saudi Arabia it is around SR 0.005 / Kb of download unlike in Philippines you are being charged per minute of usage.

But if you are using a fixed amount for a certain usage regardless of download amount this might be good for you in checking You tube Videos using your mobile Phone or PDA.

You can use the search link at the page to be able to key in your keyword like for example ” Praise and Worship ” and it will then provide you their suggested video clips with your chosen keyword. So it is up to you to press and wait till it loads to your mobile. It is just same like in Normal PC.

The search result is great it is really relevant on the keyword.

What about their Main Page

While viewing the Product Site it only show the link to the mobile site and PC users. I would suggest that they should have made some explanation on how it works on that page a simple instruction will do in order for their newly find visitor be attracted on their site.

I believe in the near future there will still be lots of improvement for this site. It is for the better of course. But I may say that their idea is unique since not many is into this kind of platform for the mobile. In fact they are the only application which I know at this moment who supply this kind of solution to the user.

It would be better if they could provide the play , Pause , Rewind button while it is viewing.

I don’t know if they will approved this review but it’s up to them. I just say What I feel I have to say.

Say the Time

It is always my problem on rearranging my time, Doing lots of meeting and commitments inside and outside the office and open times there are some meeting and To do Notes missed. Although I am using my PDA for those purpose sometime I am still missing it.

So perhaps a reminder on my Desktop which occupies my time almost 8 to 12 hours a day will be the next good thing to have.

I have been very busy this past few days that is why I was not able to blog often and thanks to talking atomic alarm clock which is one of my tools to manage my time.

I have Microsoft outlook which have that same features but still the skin of outlook is dull. and with a very limited features. Not unlike talking atomic alarm clock you can have different skins. While Say the Time is installed at my computer I can easily see the Time and date at right corner of my screen.

The interface on its setting is very easy that a novice could easily understand on how the program works. And since I am dealing with International contact knowing the time on their place is an advantage for me. That is why the world time Clock feature on of the feature which will be very helpful to the user.

In conclusion having this tool in your computer is a must have feature. Did I tell you that this is a sponsored post? Well It is but as what I have told on the review this is a great tool and I intend to retain this post in the archive.

One common problem of an excell user is to be able to convert old text file ( CSV ) into an excel files. DOS Programs will usually give you an output in CSV for or comma delimited form. Let me give you an idea what is CSV, by checking Wikipedia it will give you description as follows:

The comma-separated values (or CSV; also known as a comma-separated list or Comma-Separated Variable) file format is a file type that stores tabular data. The format dates back to the days of mainframe computing. For this reason, CSV files are common on all computer platforms.

CSV is one implementation of a delimited text file, which uses a comma to separate values. However CSV differs from other delimiter separated file formats in using a ” (double quote) character around fields that contain reserved characters (such as commas or newlines). Most other delimiter formats either use an escape character such as a backslash, or have no support for reserved characters.

Most CSV files is an output of the DOS based programs or even some LISP Program that was done in AutoCAD. I remember doing on sheet in AutoCAD where in I have to convert the Barschedule made in AUTOCAD into Excel Format. What I have before is only a Lisp program that will give me CSV files. Converting that into excel is not that easy job because it will garble or mixed up. What I did on that time is manual input and arrangement. It was really a hard time if only then I know about DataStreams I think my life will be much easier. You may see how it works on their website.

At first when I enter the site I am not able to understand what do they mean about CRM and after checking the wikepedia and some Google research I finally found out what does ” customer relationship management (CRM) ” means. And most specially after asking the site to give me a demo password it helps a lot to understand the system. And so why am I saying this? This is to inform the site owner that although the concept of Relenta is good but the site does not give enough information about the product. And so if it is not giving not enough information how will the consumer be attracted to their product which is the main objective is to be a Contact manager that will control all incoming mail and be shared to all employee instead of having all the mail into one account only.

My suggestion in this site is to provide a page where there is a Schematic flow diagram showing what does Relenta CRM is doing and how it helps the small entrepreneur. The site should also explain the Cost impact of having or not having a system like this. Because if I where the owner of a business I did not find the site very attracted not unless i try it. So why not show all this details outside the demo by having an schematic with a very good presentation?.. This is just an opinion which might help Relenta to consider.

The site owner should inform the maximum capacity that this system is capable of. How many maximum User possible?
