His about page tells what kind of blogs you will see at this site.
The blog focuses on Technology, Products and Entertainment in general. You’ll find tips on making money, blogging, SEO, Adsense optimization, Product Reviews, product promotions and sales (DVD, Gadgets, Books, Software, Computers…).
What could I say about his Blog
I think he is good in the niche that he is blogging. He knows what he is saying. In fact he is the one who made his own wordpress theme.

@Dexter. Regarding your question on the Viral Icons, Hmmm.. I am no expert in SEO or the like, however, you may be right. Having a URL such as this may have a negative effect on the participating blogs. We can’t really tell. Those google bots really are hard to please.
How about you? What’s your take on this?

I think It will have a negative effect unto you since your post in http://www.pinoyblogero.com/2007/06/17/viral-icons-and-tags-pinoyblogero-gives-a-try/ gives lots of broken link. amd it will stop the Google BOT in searching your other post.
Try to check Google Webmaster tools

and it will surely report that you have some broken links
